 Hey, Bobcats! It's time to lace up your athletic shoes! Blackwell PTSA is celebrating Walk to School Month. Throughout October, keep track of the days you don't drive to school on your bobcat calendar (linked here) to be eligible for amazing Bobcat prizes! All students are encouraged to participate by safely walking, biking, scooting, or wheeling themselves to school or bus stop. 

Let's get healthy & help the environment at the same time!

How to Participate:

• Safely walk, ride your bike, or scoot from home to school (or home to the bus stop), walk as much as you can or carpool with a friend if you have to drive

• Have a personal chauffeur? No problem! Ask your driver to park further away from the school and take extra steps!

• Track your walk to school trips on the handy, dandy calendar that you got at school.

  Can't find yours? Download & print a new one here.

• If you walked more than 30 times in the month return your calendar to your teacher to win a prize.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

PTSA events are open to Blackwell students, younger siblings, parents/caregivers and staff. All children MUST be accompanied by their caretaker or approved adult unless otherwise specified. We kindly ask that older siblings refrain from attending unless the event specifies all ages. Middle & High School age siblings are encourage to sign up to volunteer at PTSA events to receive volunteer hours.
