Bach's Harmony Keys: Piano Class

New Bach Music School, a premier provider of classical music education, is excited to offer a Piano Class designed specifically for K–5 graders, both new and experienced students. 

Class information

Class time: Mondays from 4pm-5pm

Location: Portable 1, Blackwell Elementary

Class dates: 9 weeks
March 30 ; April 06, 20, 27 ; May 04, 11, 18 ; June 01, 08

No class on April 13 (Spring Break) ; May 25 (Memorial Day)

Class fees: $427.5

Class Description

Students will learn essential skills including hand position, note reading, chord vocabulary, rhythm, and music theory. Students will also have the opportunity to learn and play a variety of fun songs, creating an engaging learning experience.

Keyboards and headphones are provided, and each student will receive a lesson book.

Upon completing the class, students will be awarded a New Bach Music School Certificate to celebrate their musical achievements.

What to expect

• Serves as an introductory class for beginner pianists, with some families choosing to transition into private lessons for long-term study.

• Builds a strong musical foundation before students move into band, orchestra, or choir in higher grades or middle school.

• Supports students returning to piano after a break.

• Provides additional enrichment for students who are already taking private lessons.

What do you need?

• No equipment is required to register, as all materials and equipment will be provided. 

• Each student will receive one free book and have access to their own keyboard and headphones.
