Blackwell Grant Program

Spring 2026

All member of the Blackwell community, Faculty, Staff, Parents and Students are invited to submit grant requests for the 2025-2026 Spring Grants Cycle.

Timeline: 

Starting Date: Monday March 9th, 2026

Closing application: all applications need to be submitted by Monday 23rd, March 2026

Communication: grant status will be communicated on April 4th, 2026. 

Grant funds spent a full cycle closed by the end of the school year. 

Grant requests will be evaluated by the PTSA Grants Committee. Grade level collaboration and/or school wide grant requests are encouraged in addition to individual requests.

Requirements

• Grant money must be spent for this school year (2025-2026).  
  
  

• Technology requests need to meet district standards.
  
  

• Curriculum materials requests need to be approved by the LWSD Instructional Materials Committee (IMC). 
  
  

• Grants may not be requested for purchases that have already been made.

EXPECTATIONS

If you receive a grant from the Blackwell PTSA, you agree to:  

• Return any unused funds.
  
  

• Provide photos or documentation of the grant in use (can be used by Blackwell PTSA for promotional materials).
  
  

• Keep purchased materials within the school. Items purchased with Blackwell PTSA grant funds are the property of the school.
