Dear Member Community,

We sincerely thank everyone who took the time to join us at our General Membership Meeting on May 29th to cast their votes for next year's leadership team.

However, due to irregularities in the election process and some community discord, we have been advised that a re-election is necessary.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding, especially from the members who stood up to accept nominations for the board. Our goal moving forward is to ensure an accurate election process for all.

Incorporating the voice of our general membership is essential for shaping the direction of the Blackwell PTSA for the upcoming year. We invite you all to join us for on Monday, June 16th, 2025 to cast your re-vote.

Together, we can continue to support an exceptional environment of learning, enrichment, and growth for our young Bobcats.

• All attendees are required to sign in upon arrival.
• Membership status will be confirmed before voting.
• A formal nomination and election process will be maintained.
• Voting will be conducted using paper ballots.
• Designated tellers will be assigned before the meeting.
• A formal vote count will be documented as part of our meeting minutes.
• Representatives from our local council will be present to assist.
